Victoria attends Caesar Rodney High School where she is a sophomore. She performed a Ballet en Pointe to La Esmeralda an Esmeralda Variation for her talent and stole the judges hearts. During her year of service, Victoria will be promoting her platform, Get Up and Dance which encourages education and creative movement to help youth become more physically active, health conscious, and gain a more positive self image.
