Before submiting the below form, make you you meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 17 (and at least a high school senior) by the first Local Pageant but no older than 24.
• Single, never been married.
• Live, work full time, or attend school full time in DELAWARE.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
